I went to a retreat at my church 121cc over the weekend. It was supposed to be a time of rejuvenation and re-energizing. Spiritually that happened, but physically I came back exhausted!! I overexerted myself playing Ultimate frisbee. My friend Dan over at TOC may have even torn his ACL playing this ‘none contact’ sport! [...]
